  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at [email protected] Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
  • Registration fees include VAT.

1 To be eligible for the student fees, students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, delegate fees will be applied. You may send necessary document via e-mail to [email protected]

* As for double room choices, if you do not specify the name of the person that you will share a room with you, you will be automatically matched with other persons.

* If there is not enough double room request, we cannot match you with any roommate and you will stay in a single room. Accordingly, the fee difference for the room will be charged from you.

** Student Status: You must demonstrate that you are currently enrolled in a graduate (MSc or PhD Programme) in anyHigher-Education Institution in LATAM. Acceptable proof may include a valid student identification card, an official enrolment letter, or any document issued by an educational institution that confirms your active student status.

  • Accommodation at Huinid Pioneros Hotel between 18 - 23 June 2023 (5 nights)

Cancellation Policy

Requests for booking cancellation must be received in writing by e-mail to [email protected].

  • Cancellations received before or on 19 April 2023, full refund less a 50% administration fee
  • Cancellations received on or after 20 April 2023, no refund, name change will be available

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of IPMI 2023, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
